The Work

What is it like to work at Noble Audio & Video?

No two weeks look the same. One day you are pulling cable through new construction in Carmel, the next you are hanging acoustic panels in a sanctuary, calibrating a dedicated theater, or wiring a video wall in a sports bar. These photos are our actual job sites, not stock imagery.

Real variety, real projects

Luxury home theaters, whole-home audio, Control4 smart homes, country clubs, sports bars, churches, and conference rooms. You will touch every side of the trade instead of doing the same install on repeat.

Hiring FAQ

Questions people ask before applying

Do I need experience to get hired?

Not for the entry level Technology Installer role. It is designed for someone with a strong interest in technology who wants to learn the trade, and it starts with the basics: inventory, staging, wiring, and installation. The full-time Technology Integration Specialist role asks for a minimum of 2 years of technology installation experience.

How much do these jobs pay?

The entry level Technology Installer role pays $17 to $28 per hour and the full-time Technology Integration Specialist role pays $22 to $28 per hour. In both cases the number inside the range is based on your experience.

What does a low voltage technician actually do?

Low voltage technicians install and configure the systems that run modern homes and businesses: network cabling and Wi-Fi, distributed audio, video displays and projection, automation and control, security cameras, and alarm systems. The work combines hands-on installation (pulling cable, terminating, mounting hardware) with configuration and testing.

Is there a path from part time to full time?

Yes. The entry level role starts part time, working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and possibly Friday, and is built to become a full-time position through on-the-job training and ongoing industry certifications.

Where is the work located?

We are based in Noblesville, Indiana, and our job sites are local: Hamilton County and the Greater Indianapolis area, including Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, and Zionsville.

What do you require of every hire?

A high school diploma, honesty, a drug-free lifestyle, and a clean driving record. Beyond that, we care most about attention to detail and a real interest in the technology.
