Modern commercial AV runs on the network. Video walls take their feeds over AV-over-IP. Dante carries every audio channel between the rack and the speakers. Streaming cameras push to YouTube or Facebook over the same uplink as your POS. Digital signage pulls schedules from the cloud. When the network underneath is undersized or improperly segmented, the symptoms show up as AV failures, pixelation on the video wall, audio dropouts during a service, paging that lags. The fix is upstream: a network engineered for the AV system from the first cable.
We specify managed L2 switches with PoE+ for access points and cameras, Q-SYS/Dante-certified switch configurations for media VLANs, fiber backbone between IDF closets where run length or environmental conditions require it, and enterprise access points placed for coverage geometry, not for whichever spot the contractor found a stud. Every venue gets VLAN segmentation: AV control on its own VLAN, Dante media on a dedicated VLAN with multicast properly configured, guest Wi-Fi isolated from operations, POS on its own segment for PCI compliance, cameras on their own VLAN with NVR access controlled.
Country clubs and private clubs, pro shop, dining, banquet, fitness, locker rooms, outdoor pool, tennis courts. Sports bars and restaurants, every display fed reliably, guest Wi-Fi that doesn't crash during peak. Houses of worship, sanctuary streaming feeds, lobby digital signage, classroom AV, paging. Corporate offices and conference centers, boardrooms, huddle rooms, training spaces, guest Wi-Fi at conference scale. Hotels and hospitality, guest network, back-of-house, F&B AV, event spaces.
Noble A-V's management staff hold certifications across Araknis, Ubiquiti, and Q-SYS networking. Network design, installation, and ongoing management stay in-house, not subcontracted. That means the team that builds your AV system also owns the network it rides on, and there's no finger-pointing when something needs adjustment.
Equipment we trust for this
We specify what performs, not what pays the best margin.
How we work
01
Site Walk & Use-Case Mapping
We map the venue against the actual AV system that will ride on it, number of displays, audio zones, paging, streaming endpoints, POS terminals, guest Wi-Fi, security cameras, building automation. AV-over-IP and Dante audio have specific switch and bandwidth requirements that consumer-grade networking cannot meet.
02
Backbone & Switch Design
Layer-2 managed switches with QoS, VLAN segmentation, and PoE+ for cameras and access points. Fiber backbone between IDFs where the run length or interference profile demands it. The network is engineered for the AV system from day one, not retrofitted after the fact.
03
Enterprise Installation
Rack build, structured cabling to TIA-568 standards, labeled patch panels, AV head-end integration, and proper documentation. Karl, Josh, and the Noble management staff are certified network administrators, your venue's network is not handed off to a subcontractor.
04
VLANs, Monitoring & Handoff
Separate VLANs for AV control, AV media (Dante/AV-over-IP), guest Wi-Fi, POS, cameras, and BMS, each with appropriate QoS so nothing competes for bandwidth. OvrC and SNMP monitoring with alerts to the Noble team so we see venue issues before your staff does.
What our clients say
"When looking for an AV specialist for our new sports bar on Mass Ave, we heard about Noble and reached out. Karl and Josh were absolutely amazing from the very beginning to even after our project was completed. 27 TVs, video wall, sound, internet splitting, mini jumbotron, we asked a lot of them and they delivered and then some."
